The Lazio board members are looking in detail at the summer transfer window to reinforce the side ahead of the 2020-21 season.
Apparently, the Italians have already found their ideal candidates. 'Il Messaggero' says that Lazio are still insisting on buying Dejan Lovren from Liverpool plus they also want Marcos Alonso from Chelsea.
The former is a nailed on starter for Liverpool who brings confidence and experience to the back line. He has spent six years on Merseyside and has scored eight goals in his 184 appearances.
The latter is experienced and does well at left back for the Blues. The 29 year-old Spaniard came through the Real Madrid academy. In his three and a half seasons in West London, he has played 140 games and scored 22 goals.
Teams like Arsenal and Tottenham have been following Lovren for a long time while Inter Milan are also interested in Alonso.
