La Liga side Celta Vigo offer James Rodriguez two-year contract

The Copa America came to an end and consecrated Argentina as champions. A title that came after defeating Colombia in the final after a championship where one figure has stood out above the rest: James Rodriguez.

The midfielder was named MVP of the tournament and his resurgence was a reality. As a result, the Colombian has already been eyed by several teams in Europe, including Atletico Madrid, Betis and Celta.

James would have already agreed the termination of his contract with Sao Paulo, so in case of arriving at Celta, he would do it as a free agent. The ‘Cafetero’ would return to Spain no more and no less than 4 seasons later after ending his contractual relationship with Real Madrid in 2019-20.
