Wolfsburg played a brilliant game against Real Madrid on Wednesday night, which brought the Spanish side back down to reality after their victory in El Clasico last weekend.
However Wolfsburg 2-0 victory against Real Madrid came at a cost for winger Vieirinha who now faces a trip to the dentist after losing a tooth during the first leg win.
The Portugal international was involved in a tussle for the ball with Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos who struck him in the mouth with his stray elbow.
The 30-year-old fell to the floor, spat out the tooth and then carried on playing.
