At the age of 35, Aleksandar Kolarov will return to Serbia to Red Star Belgrade. The left-back, who has hardly played for Inter because of his injury problems, will not renew his contract at the club and will join Red Star on a free.
That is what 'Sportski Zurnal' reported. They highlighted the talks that had taken place between the club's big wigs and the player's agent in recent weeks.
According to this media outlet, the terms of the contract have been agreed and the only think that is lacking is official confirmation of the veteran footballer's arrival.
Despite making just 11 appearances for Inter this season, the Serbian international with 94 caps will return home 14 years after joining Lazio from OFK in Belgrade. He has played more than 160 Premier League games and more than 180 in Serie A.
