Kenedy escapes retrospective punishment

The Brazilian, on loan from Chelsea, was seen kicking out at Victor Camarasa after being subjected to a number of rough challenges.

However, the referee awarded a free kick for the incident, and mentioned it in his match report, meaning that under FA rules a retrospective ban is impossible. 

It was a torrid game for Kenedy, aside from this incident which will surely lead to him being targeted further in the coming matches. 

The young winger missed a last minute penalty that would have given Newcastle all three points, and they instead had to settle for just one.
