The Spurs pick up their third win of the season after winning a hard fought game against the Tricky Trees. The home side fought until the last minute but a great performance from Kane was enough to secure victory for the visitors.
Tottenham don't need to keep possession of the ball to create clear goalscoring chances since they have been coached by Conte and they showed it in the first half. During the first 45 minutes, Nottingham Forest had most of the possession of the ball but the Spurs were able to make the most of counter-attacks.
Just five minutes into the game, Kulusevski received the ball in midfield and after a long run, passed it to Kane, who was on the edge of the box. The England striker beat Dean Henderson with a shot across the face of goal to give Spurs the lead and thus his third goal of the season after scoring against Chelsea and Wolves.
Son almost scored a second after receiving the ball on the edge of the box following a rebound but his shot went over the crossbar. The Tricky Trees could have scored the equaliser after Gibbs-White fired a great shot from the edge of the box, but it went just over the crossbar.
The second half did not start in the best way for the home side. In the 54th minute Perisic crossed from the left flank and the ball was cleared by Cook with his hand. The referee awarded a penalty. However, Henderson managed to save the penalty to prevent Harry Kane's brace.
However, 'Hurrikane' did not throw in the towel and managed to score his brace in the 80th minute with a header after a superb trivela cross from Richarlison.
