Kane was in his usual lethal goalscoring form against Panama, as England trounced their opponents with five goals in the first half.
The Tottenham striker, along with John Stones and Jesse Lingard, were the architects of Panama's doom, and having bagged two goals in the first 45 minutes he finished off the hat-trick in the 62nd minute.
The first two had come from the penalty spot, but his third goal was a major fluke. Ruben Loftus-Cheek had cut in from the right before letting a shot fly, but his attempt struck the back of Kane's heel, wrongfooting Jaime Penedo and drifting into the net.
The sixth goal of the game brought Kane's total for the tournament up to five, which means he is now leading the way in the race for the Golden Boot.
