Juve put in a large bid for De Ligt

The Italian club with this bid would be leading the race to sign the 19 year-old who is currently on holiday. 

The offer comes two weeks after the Nations League final between Portugal and Holland, when the Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo asked De Ligt if he would play with him in Turin next season. 

"Nothing seemed to be in the way of Paris Saint Germain signing De Ligt", although "the French side are still not completely out of it," states 'De Telegraaf'.

They also say that members of the PSG board have shown De Ligt's partner, the model Annekee Molenaar, various luxury flats in the French capital to try and persuade the player. 

Despite that interest, there is a factor which could make the Ajax man sign for Juve: Mino Raiola. The agent's excellent relationship with the Turin side could be key in deciding his future...
