According to Italian publication 'Tuttosport', 'the Old Lady' is already making plans to bring the 26-year-old to Turin in the summer.
The aformentioned source claims that the club's hierarchy was impressed with the Argentine's performances during the Champions League Group Stage encounters between the two sides and that they are keen to thrash out a deal as a result.
However, Juve are also aware of Sporting's unwillingness to negotiate, owing to the important role Acuña has in the team and believe that invoking the player's release clause may be the only way to agree a deal.
Despite the abundance of quality Juve already possess going forward, manager Massimiliano Allegri has signed off on a deal for Acuña, something which will only spark further rumours as to the future of Paulo Dybala.
