The Scottish international striker joins the club after playing 30 times for Sheffield Wednesday last season after joining the club for a fee of £10 million, and netted 7 times for the 'Owls'.
The experienced player, who has played for the likes of Huddersfield, Blackburn and Middlesbrough in his career will move to fellow Championship side Norwich for the whole of the 2018/19 season.
He is the sixth signing to join the 'Canaries' this summer, along with players such as Teemu Pukki, Ben Marshall and Felix Passlack.
“The move took its time in the end but now that it’s finally happened, it’s a real pleasure to be here.
“It’s a fantastic football club with a great fanbase and if I play a few games this season, it will be a pleasure to do so." Rhodes said to the club's official website.
Norwich Head Coach Daniel Farke also spoke of his delight at signing the forward, believing that he will give them much-needed attacking help as they look to improve on their 14th placed finish in the league last season.
