Jordán reportedly already has a full agreement in place with Sevilla, meaning he is now just waiting on the Andalusian side to hatch a deal with his current side Eibar.
The midfielder has a contract at the club until 2020, and his release clause stands at just 15 million euros - something of a bargain for a player who has stood out this season. Eibar are also aware that this is their last chance to cash in on the player before he can leave for free next summer.
Sevilla are hoping that Eibar will therefore be willing to accept a lower offer, and are believed to be looking for a deal in the region of 10 million euros for the 24 year-old.
If he does sign for Sevilla, Jordán will become their third signing of the summer.
