The recent matchup between Banfield and Arsenal de Sarandi was marred by one of the worst tackles of all time.

Arsenal Sarandi's Rodrigo Contreras lost control of the ball in the 33rd minute of the game and, with his team losing 1-0, planted both feet on Banfield's Renato Civelli in what looked like a career ending challenge.

The referee did not hesitate and showed a straight red card to Contreras, who tried to apologize before leaving the field.

To everyone's surprise, however, Civelli managed to play on as if nothing had happened.
