Chelsea are looking for reinforcements for next season. The Blues had tabled an offer of 40 million euros for Inter goalkeeper Onana but the Italian side rejected it.

Chelsea are still looking for reinforcements to put their disappointing season behind them. The Blues are considering several Inter footballers such as Lautaro Martinez and Andre Onana.

According to 'TuttoMercatoWeb', the English side are interested in signing the Cameroonian goalkeeper as he is a well-liked player for Mauricio Pochettino.

The Stamford Bridge outfit offered 40 million euros for his transfer but Inter rejected their bid. However, the 27-year-old would like to join a Premier League club.

The same media outlet reports that the two sides have already reached a pre-agreement but have to agree on the final details. Romelu Lukaku, who is on loan from Chelsea, is part of the deal between the two European clubs.

Mendy's future could lie at Tottenham Hotspur as he has not been given a chance as second-choice goalkeeper this season.
