Insigne to become the best paid player in the MLS

Without doubt, there is another unusual signing set to be made this January. It is none other than that of Lorenzo Insigne, who will head to the USA to join Toronto FC. 

In addition, the Italian will not only be one of the stars of the MLS, but also the best paid. According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', the Napoli player's salary will increase to around 15 milion euros. 

At the age of 30, Insigne will go ahead of other players in the league like Chicharito Hernandez or Zlatan Ibrahimovic, when he was playing there.

His contract, which will expire in six months, has not been renewed, and will not be extended. At the age of 30, he will move to the MLS and Lorenzo Insigne will play there for the next four seasons.
