Icardi will be allowed to leave for £52m

Mauro Icardi is set to leave Inter this summer, with the Milan club valueing Icardi at £52m. Real Madrid is supposedly the likely destination for Icardi, with the Argentine actively preferring a move to Madrid.

'AS' have reported that Icardi's time at Inter is coming to an end and that he will be heading to Madrid this summer in a deal worth £52m.

Icardi did not play for Inter for 2 months due to contract disputes, and now it seems that he will be leaving the club, with Milan looking to cash in on the Argentine. 

Should Icardi join Real then there would be questions asked regarding Karim Benzema's future at Real, with Zinedine Zidane looking to reboot his team.

Icardi has scored 123 goals in 212 appearances for Inter since joining from Sampdoria in 2013.
