Ibe agrees terms with Bournemouth
Ibe has played 58 times for Liverpool, scoring four goals and was said to be a future star at Anfield.
However, the 20-year-old struggled for form and Jurgen Klopp has now decided that £15m is enough for the German to part company with the youngster.
The winger only signed a new five-year contract at Anfield last May but was deemed surplus to requirements by boss Klopp.
