Valencia striker Hugo Duro, who was out of Sunday's game against Celta Vigo due to muscle problems, trained as normal on Monday with the players who didn't start the game, in order to prepare for Sunday's tie against Real Madrid.
Duro was barely able to train last week and ended up not being called up to visit Celta, but he trained normally this Monday with those who weren't part of the starting eleven. Those who did start worked separately in the gym.
Manager Ruben Baraja is set to give the side the day off on Tuesday and they'll get back to work next Wednesday morning at Paterna. For Sunday's game, he won't be able to use centre-backs Mouctar Diakhaby and Gabriel Paulista as they're facing suspension, although Edison Cavani and Thierry Rendall will be back, who were out for the last game due to an accumulation of yellows.
The fact the two centre-backs who are out join striker Marcos Andre. The Brazilian forward had knee surgery a few weeks ago and won't play again this season.
