Jordon Ibe was a game changer for Bournemouth on Friday, coming off the bench to set up his side's equaliser and winner against Brighton.
The performance gave Bournemouth a first victory of the season, and has seen the youngster's name being spoken about again.
Once considered one of England's most exciting prospects at Liverpool, the 21-year-old has since fallen under the radar following his £15m move to the 'Cherries'.
After his performance on Friday, though, Eddie Howe is hoping Ibe will mature soon into the player he can be.
"He has shown glimpses of what he is capable of before," he said. "This time you had some end product which is the pleasing thing.
"He is a player of immense potential - I think the challenge for Jordan is to find that consistency.
"It was great to see him come on and have that impact at a time when we really needed him. He was there to ignite the spark that we needed.
"I do think there is a temptation to forget how young he is. Everyone naturally assumes because he has been around for a long time thinks he is older than he is.
"People mature at different times, so we are hoping he has got a very exciting future ahead of him. That's going to be dictated by how hard he works."
