Granada announce agreement reached with Soldado

"Granada CF and the player Roberto Soldado have reached an agreement for him to join the Andalusian club for one season with the option of a one year extension. The striker comes for free. The deal is pending a medical, which will be carried out on Tuesday," the statement reads.
He is a top quality reinforcement for Granada in their return to La Liga. The striker comes back to Spain after two seasons in Turkey, where he played for Fenerbahce until 30th June. He netted 19 times in 59 appearances.
After coming through the Real Madrid academy, Soldado then went to Osasuna, Getafe and Valencia before making the step up to Tottenham. After two seasons in London, the striker went to Villarreal where he ended up losing game time before moving to Fenerbahce.
At 34 years of age, Roberto Soldado returns to Spain to try and up his tally of 110 goals in 245 La Liga matches. Soldado also has 12 caps for Spain.
