Ramsey looks set to be leaving the Emirates after 10 years at the club, with contract talks having come to a standstill, prompting interest from a host of top teams.
Ramsey will be free to move to clubs for a reduced fee in January, or alternatively run his contract down and leave the Emirates on a free at the end of the season.
With a market value of £40.5million, according to 'Transfermarkt' Ramsey will prove great value for money if he does make a move, something his international manager and Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs was keen to stress.
Speaking in a press conference before the international break, when asked whether Ramsey would represent a bargain he said:
''Yes, definitely. He's a goalscoring midfielder who, if he plays 40, 45 games a season, he's going to score 15 goals. They don't grow on trees.
''And he's a good character, has a good personality, and is a good professional - so if he does go, somebody is getting a very good player. But if he stays, then that's good for Arsenal and it's good for him.
''I watched him play against Cardiff, and he played really well that day and did the whole 90 minutes. I was more than happy with him when he came away with us last time. I thought he was in really good form.
''He's played at a top with Arsenal and has been there for ten years, then there's all the games he's played for Wales. He can play anywhere.''
