Fiorentina announce Pulgar and Ghidotti have COVID-19

The coronavirus pandemic continues to cause havoc across the world. Football is still being hit hard.
Just a few weeks before the start of the new Serie A season, two more coronavirus cases have been confirmed. Fiorentina are the team affected this time.
The club announced this Sunday in an official statement that the latest medical tests carried out on the squad revealed two players had tested positive for COVID-19: Erick Pulgar and Simone Ghidotti.
Both footballers, asymptomatic, are in good health and have been put in quarantine under the supervision of the club's doctors.
The rest of the players will continue with their training programme. In addition, Fiorentina said they would continue to keep fans updated via their official channels.
