Fabregas curled home a beauty to bring up his 50th league goal

The two teams went into Saturday's match after two very different dreams. Chelsea are searching of Champions League qualification whilst the home side want to secure their Premier League status.

However, it would be the 'Blues' who got off to a dream start at the Liberty, opening the scoring in the fourth minute. 

Eden Hazard burst past the Swansea defence before setting up his Spanish team-mate just inside the box. Fabregas then opened his body to curl a beautiful ball past opposing goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski to bring up his 50th league goal.
