The South Korean's contract is due to expire in the summer, and according to 'Sky Sports', Everton are looking to swoop in for the midfielder.
Ki is reportedly not short of offers, with AC Milan and four other Premier League outfits also interested in signing the player.
The 28-year-old had begun negotiating contract talks in December of last year, but was forced to halt discussions to give his full attention to Swans' relegation battle.
West Ham had previously attempted to sign Ki as part of a agreement that saw Andre Ayew return to Swansea, but evidently the club were reluctant to relinquish their midfielder.
