Eriksen's second killed off the Swans
The Dane drew first blood in the tie before Erik Lamela prodded home Spurs' second.
Lurking ominously on the edge of the box, Eriksen patiently waited for the ball to be teed up for him before lashing it through the crowded box and towards Kristoff Nordfeldt between the sticks.
The Swansea keeper parried the ball down to his right but failed to keep it out of the net. 3-0 to the vistors - another routine trip to Wembley for the Tottenham faithful looked all but secured.
