Eriksen curled home to give Spurs an early lead

Going into Spurs' FA Cup quarter-final fixture with Swansea, the Danish midfielder had scored six goals in nine matches and it only took 11 minutes for him to make it seven from ten.

Eriksen received the ball in midfield and was allowed to run at goal by a cautious Swansea defence, who would live to regret their passivity.

As the Dane approached the box, he switched feet before opening his body and curling it into the back of the net in front of a helpless Kristoffer Nordfeldt to give the visitors an early lead.
