England v Slovenia - as it happened

FT: England 0-0 Slovenia. Gareth Southgate's side top Group D with 5 points and qualify for the last 16 as group winners, while Slovenia are likely to be one of the teams that qualify as one of the best third-placed sides. England thought they had taken the lead when Saka finished off a great team move but the goal was disallowed for offside by Phil Foden. England improved in the second half but the solidity of Slovenia's low block prevented them from breaking the deadlock.

HT: England 0-0 Slovenia. A dull first half in which the Three Lions showed that they were unable to find a solution to their playmaking problems. Few chances apart from Bukayo Saka's goal disallowed for offside by Foden.

Bijol fouls Kane and stops England counter-attack but the defender doesn's see yellow.

The Three Lions move the ball very slowly, which gives the Slovenians time to correct their position.

Kane finds Foden on the left flank with space through a long ball but the City midfielder was offside.

Now it's England who keep possession by moving the ball from wing to wing.
