England are renowned for having some of the most passionate football fans in the world and a quick browse of social media following the World Cup quarter-final victory over Sweden on Saturday was proof of that very point.

Goals from Harry Maguire and Dele Alli eased the 'Three Lions' into the final four of the competition for only the third time in their history, leading to jubilant scenes across the country.

One fan zone in Peterborough saw a fan lose his crutches as Alli headed home England's second of the game, whilst Boxpark Croydon was also bouncing through, with pint after pint being sent airborne in celebration..
