Wolves winger Sessegnon has scored 14 goals in 40 appearances for Fulham whilst the 17-year-old's team-mate, Cairney, has netted four times in 28 appearances.
Neves has also scored four goals from 36 outings since joining the Championship leaders from Porto last summer. Neves and Sessegnon are also in contention for the Young Player of the Year award.
21-year-old midfielder James Maddison is another in the running for the Young Player award, the Norwich player has scored 13 goals from 38 league games so far this season.
The winners will be announced during a presentation in London on Sunday 15th April.
