The youngster was part of the Dortmund side that played at the Bernabeu last season and if his comments are anything to go by it is fair to say that he enjoyed the experience.
Along with the reost of his Dortmund team-mates, Pulisic will get the chance to do just that once again on Wednesday night, though truth be told there will be no pressure on the German side, who go into the game with no hope of progressing to the knockout stages.
Speaking to 'Sports Illustrated' ahead of the game, the American said that he was excited to return to Real's 81,044-seater home, despite it being the most intimidating stadium he has ever played in.
'The Bernabeu is the most difficult stadium I've played in,' he explained.
'When we played against them last year I started and it was very intimidating, but it was also fun - the fans and the stadium are amazing.'
The 19-year-old has become a key member of the Dortmund ranks in the last year or so and will be looking to showcase his precocious talent once again on Wednesday, with Real playing only for second place in the group.
