Borussia Dortmund have seen their bid for Karim Bellarabi rejected by Bayer Leverkusen.
The Bundesliga side are targeting the midfielder as they look to replace Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who looks set to join Manchester United this summer.
However, despite tabling a £29.2million bid, Leverkusen are adamant that their star midfielder is going nowhere.
“There was an official request from Dortmund a few days ago, but it was instantly rejected," Leverkusen sporting director, Rudi Voller, told reporters.
“To sell Karim is not an option for us at Leverkusen. He is definitely staying, he is not for sale.”
Thomas Tuchel looks like he is wasting his time pursuing the 26-year-old, so who else should he go after?
