Did Van Dijk blame Adrian for Champions League exit?

Adrian San Miguel did not have his best night against Atletico in the Champions League last 16 second leg tie and Liverpool were knocked out. Virgil van Dijk spoke about his teammate's error. 

"Anyone can make a mistake. It happens. But Adrian's misjudgment seemed to turn the game around. I'm not going to say anything about that. You win together, you lose together. Things happen in matches. We lost. That is difficult to take," Van Dijk said. 

"We gave it everything and I think the difference was their goalkeeper. He was exceptional. He saved them many times, I can remember three or four great saves. We tried everything, that was the main thing," the Dutch defender pointed out. 

These comments by Van Dijk have not gone down too well amongst some Liverpool fans because they understand that Adrian should have received the support of all his team.
