Holland manager Frank de Boer declared after the game against Spain that it was an "intense" game and "played well by both sides".
"The first half was mostly Spain. They started very well, although we had our moments too", said De Boer on 'Teledeporte'.
He said that "the second-half was more equal". "We equalised quickly and they had their chances but ours were much better".
"I am happy, despite Nathan Ake's injury. It is bad for him and bad for us, we will have to find a good replacement", concluded the coach.
