The first addition to Atletico Madrid's reserve team has arrived. Dani Gonzalez became a new player of the 'Colchoneros'. He arrives from Albacete on loan for one season and with the possibility of extending it for one more. In addition, his contract also includes a non-mandatory option to buy.

The transfer window has not even opened and Atletico Madrid already has a new signing. It is Dani Gonzalez, who will play on loan at the 'Colchoneros' reserve team until the end of the season.

The striker renewed his contract with Albacete, the club to which he belongs, until June 2026. He then left on loan to Atletico, where he will play for the remainder of the season.

His new contract with the Madrid club includes the possibility of extending the loan for another season. In that deal there is also the option of a non-mandatory purchase option.

During his time with Albacete, the player made a total of 26 appearances for the first team, this season in Segunda, and the previous one, in Primera RFEF.
