The winter transfer window is open and Premier League are very busy in the January window. 

Crystal Palace are being mentioned in some of the rumours since they are very close to signing a young star in midfield. 

According to 'Sky Sports', the Londoners are about seal the transfer of Scott Banks. 

The attacking midfielder, just 18, is one of Dundee United's youngsters and there is an agreement between the two teams. 

It is worth pointing out that Crystal Palace have had the footballer on their agenda for several months. Now it seems like Palace have finally got their target.
