Cresswell's whipped free-kick halved City's lead
A deflected strike from Leroy Sane and a Declan Rice own-goal had put the Premier League champions in control of their match against West Ham at the London stadium.
However, that was about to change when City gave away a free-kick on the edge of their box after Ilkay Gundogan had caught Edimilson Fernandes late.
Aaron Cresswell stepped up, whipping the set-piece over the wall and past opposing goalkeeper Ederson at his near post to make it 2-1 going into the break.
