Arteta's side have been in fine form since the start of the season and are proving it. The Gunners have taken six points from their first two games in the UEFA Europa League and already find themselves top of Group A two points clear of PSV.
The first half was like most Arsenal have played this season. The Londoners controlled the game by keeping possession of the ball and were clinical in converting the chances they created.
Nketiah gave England the lead in the 23rd minute. The striker, who despite his renewal was frustrated by the few playing time he was getting, started for the Gunners and managed to convert his first chance. Through a good counter, Martinelli drove the ball and fed Tierney on the edge of the box. The full-back's shot hit the post, but the rebound was picked out by Nketiah who only had to push the ball into the net.
Xhaka extended the lead for Arteta's side just five minutes later when Martinelli crossed from the right flank and Holding headed the ball to the far post beating Khaikin.
The Londoners put the icing on the cake after a great play by Gabriel Jesus. The Brazilian received the ball on the byline, dribbled past two players and fed Vieira, who was on the penalty spot to push the ball into the net.
