City loan Australian starlet to Utrecht

Daniel Arzani is looking for a new chance to prove his worth in Europe. After not standing out at Celtic, where he only played two matches in two years, the Australian born in Iran will play at Utrecht.

The Dutch outfit made Arzani's loan official for next season. The player, who is just 21 years old, signs on loan from Manchester City, where hs still hasn't played an official match.

"Daniel is a fast and maneuverable winger who can play both on the left and on the right. He plays with a lot of guts and has power in his passages of play, which suits our club and the fans", technical director, Jordy Zuidam, said about the new player.

He said that Utrecht have followed Arzani "since he was at Melbourne City, where he made his first-team debut at 17 years old". "We thought it was unachievable for a long time, but we finally managed to do it," said Zuidam.
