"Chelsea spent €675m and don't have a number 9, crazy!"

Chelsea lost 1-0 away to Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League last-16 first leg. The Blues couldn't score and it didn't surprise ex-Premier League player Owen Hargreaves.

"Considering they spent €675 million and they don't have a centre-forward... it's crazy!", he said to the 'Daily Mail'.

For Hargreavres, Chelsea need to improve in terms of scoring goals quickly: "That game sums everything up. They need someone who can put the ball in the net".

Despite thinking that the Blues can come back and go through in the Champions League, no one can stop thinking that the club got it wrong in the transfer window.
