Tyrick Mitchell has caught the eye of two big Premier League clubs for the season he is having. The defender was called up to the England squad in the absence of Reece James.

England have a new star and Gareth Southgate has not hesitated to call up Tyrick Mitchell to find out how he is performing at close quarters. The Crystal Palace player is giving a lot to talk about this season.

'The Sun' has even reported that Chelsea and Manchester City have already put him on their respective agendas and that a bid could be opened for the player, who could leave if Crystal Palace make a good offer.

The 22-year-old is exploding this season, having made 20 first-team appearances last season, which was the precursor to what is happening now.

The left-back has accumulated 33 appearances and 32 starts and, although he has not scored a goal yet, he has two assists and is playing football that is pleasing the big clubs in the English Championship.
