Chelsea midfielder Charly Musonda returns from loan spell at Real Betis 

Belgium Under 21 international Musonda has been on loan at Real Betis since January 2016 and initially impressed, extending his loan into the current season. However, after only one league start and eight substitute appearances he has returned to his parent club.

Real Betis released a statement on their official website that read: "Real Betis and Chelsea FC have reached an agreement to terminate the loan of player Charly Musonda Jnr to the Green-and-White team".

Musonda will return to first team training at Chelsea with another returning loanee, Kenedy, who has been at Premier League club Watford since August but failed to impress.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte said on Friday: "Kenedy and Musonda went back from their loan because they didn't play a lot,

I think it's important to stay with us in these weeks to evaluate the best situation for them and for the team".
