In an interview with the 'Daily Mail', Tosun described an event that Marco Silva will host in the coming weeks that is critical to the players' development - a 'getting to know you' meal.
The 27-year-old said: "We have a plan for the new guys who joined this summer. I had to sing when I signed. I did it on a trip to Dubai, a Turkish song so nobody knew how bad I was. So they will sing! And the manager. He will sing too!"
Tosun at first looked off the pace under Sam Allardyce last season, though since Silva took over he has begun to look more like the player they signed for £27m.
The Turkish international added: "Sam brought me here and I want to thank him for that. He wanted me here very, very much. Our relationship was good but, of course, the club decided to work with another manager.
"It is nice to work with a manager who is a young coach. He wants to win titles; he wants to win cups. He is so ambitious. He likes to work and it feels very nice to work with him. Every day, he is teaching new things. He stops me on the pitch; he calls me to his office.
"It is important to have this trust already. He wants me to work hard, to hold the ball between the lines, open up the spaces for Theo [Walcott], Gylfi [Sigurdsson] and Richarlison. He always stands at the tactics board, showing me with the markers where to move.
"The style is not like it was under Sam Allardyce. It was more defensive then counterattack - wait and then try to win the game. This season it is like a 180-degree turn. We play more offensively, with more confidence. We build up more from the back. I think we have done well.
"The Everton fans like players who fight and give everything for the team. I will do this. I can't sleep of a night if we lose or if we draw. I tell you. If I miss a chance and we lose, when I go home it is all I think about. I won't leave my house for three days!
"I like to be in the city with the supporters. I like to walk around, to see a lot of people with Everton shirts. This makes me proud. I want to make them proud."
