Celtic fans thrown off high speed train heading for Madrid

The Spanish police forced 40 Celtic supporters to leave the train at Vialia-Los Llanos station in Albacete. The train was going from Alicante to Madrid, but their unruly behaviour forced them to be ejected," Renfe sources told 'EFE'. 

The 40 supporters were travelling in a high speed train from Alicante to Madrid which left at 14:45h, but their unruly behaviour led to them being kicked off in Albacete 50 minutes later. 

Sources said that the fans insulted train staff and other passengers who were sitting near them. They asked to move into another carriage to get away from this "unpleasant" behaviour. 

The conductor called for the Police to come on board at Albacete and that led to the train being delayed by 52 minutes. That means the fans will be entitled to a full refund, something Renfe has already promised.
