Cavani now in England to complete medical

The signing of Edinson Cavani by Manchester United is each time closer to becoming a reality. The Uruguayan arrived in England on Sunday evening to undergo the medical.

Cavani, who arrives as a free agent, is not subject to the temporary requirements of the market closure, but the Red Devils still seem to be in a rush to get the deal done as soon as possible.

Perhaps they fear that medical doesn't go as everyone expects, and are left with no time or room for manoeuvre to sign another striker in his place.
