Busquets left field after nasty head clash of heads with Savic

There were two injuries in the first half an hour of Barcelona against Atletico Madrid. Firstly Lemar had to leave the field after pulling a muscle, but Sergio Busquets' injury was more concerning. 

The Barca captain had to be replaced after 30 minutes following a nasty head clash with Atletico's Stefan Savic. 

After a few minutes, Sergio Busquets asked to return to the field of play and referee Antonio Mateu Lahoz let him back on. However, seconds later, Busquets went to ground again and he was replaced.
