Burnley's £3m bid for Hendrick rejected
It is understood that the offer fell way below Derby manager Nigel Pearson's expectations.
The 24-year-old midfielder still has two years left on his contract and Pearson would like to keep the midfielder at the IPro Stadium.
Hendrick has been at Derby for all his professional career, making 211 appearances and scoring 26 goals.
