Tottenham forward Son Heung-min will be out for "a number of weeks" after fracturing his right arm, the Premier League club said on Tuesday.
According to the Daily Mail, the Korean player got injured in the first few minutes of Tottenham's victory over Aston Villa, but he carried on playing, scoring two goals, including a 94th-minute winner for Mourinho's men.
The Spurs player was tackled by Konsa with only 42 seconds on the clock and fell awkwardly on his arm. He received treatment and played on, meaning the player and the staff were not aware of the injury's seriousness.
It injury comes during a busy period for Spurs, who are set to play Red Bull Leipzig in the Champions League last-16 on Wednesday.
They then travel to rivals Chelsea on Saturday in the Premier League, before they host Wolves on March 1 and Norwich in the FA Cup fifth round three days later - Son will miss all of these games.
In the absence of Son and Kane, the burden will fall upon other members of the first-team squad to step up to the plate.
