Bournemouth accept Nottingham Forrest's bid for Grabban

'Sky Sports' reports that the forward could move to Nottingham after spending two loan spells in the Championship last season, at Sunderland and Aston Villa, where he scored a combined 20 goals.

Grabban has had two spells with the 'Cherries', starting his second after a switch from Norwich City in 2016.

However, he struggled to nail down his position for Eddie Howe's team, making only 22 appearances in 18 months before being loaned out to the Championship.

Even though a deal has been agreed between the clubs, Forrest could still face competition for his signature from other Championship clubs such as Leeds United and Middlesborough.

It is thought that if the deal is finalised, Grabban will sign a four-year deal to play under Aitor Karanka.
