Leeds got yet another dominant victory on Saturday as they beat Norwich City 0-3, with Pablo Hernandez getting an assistant and a wonderful goal to help his side go ahead of Middlebrough in the Championship table.
Speaking after the game, Bielsa took the time to hail the Spanish midfielder for his contribution to their success so far this season.
“He can find a solution to a problem anywhere on the pitch and is always making the team more fluid with what he does. He can play in very tight spaces and is always bringing other people into the match, making them better players too.
“He is a silent leader for us – he does all these things without saying a word.”
This praise didn't end there, as he called Hernandez one of the best players he has ever worked with in his position, a huge compliment from a man that has managed to likes of Arturo Vidal and Dmitiri Payet.
