Betis confirms Setien continuity

During the last few days, both the sports commission and the board of directors have been meeting to determine the immediate future of the Seville team, confirming the continuity of Setién.

"The board of directors of Real Betis has decided not to change the technical direction of the first team, therefore maintaining Quique Setién as the manager. The club, as it has maintained over the last few months, "will carry out the necessary evaluation of the season at the end of La Liga," as published in an official statement.

The hard 4-0 defeat to Levante, coupled with the difficulty of reaching European positions, left the Cantabrian coach in a delicate situation. However, his position has been ratified this Friday.
