GK: Ben Foster (West Brom)
An incredible reflex save denied Dwight Gayle as Foster helped West Brom to hold on to an important clean sheet and 1-0 victory against Newcastle United, keeping their dreams of Premier League survival alive.
RB: Kurt Zouma (Stoke City)
The defender put in a man-of-the-match performance as his side secured a 0-0 draw over high-flying Liverpool to give the 'Potters' a fighting chance of survival. Zouma's countless blocks and clearances were pivotal.
CB: Cesar Azpilicueta (Chelsea)
He's the 'Blues' captain for a reason. Commanding the defence through leading by example, Azpilicueta had the most touches and passes out of any Chelsea player as they secured a 1-0 win over Swansea to keep apace with Tottenham in the hunt for Champions League football.
CB: Konstantinos Mavropanos (Arsenal)
Not many players can be thrown in on their debut at Old Trafford and come out in one piece. Mavropanos did just that though, making four clearances and posting a pass accuracy of 91 per cent as Arsenal's youngsters narrowly lost out to Manchester United.
LB: Patrick van Aanholt (Crystal Palace)
Palace ran rampant against Leicester City, winning 5-0 and it was the full-back who ran the show down the left. He scored their fourth goal and only misplaced one pass throughout the whole game.
CM: Fernandinho (Manchester City)
His industrious work rate often gets overshadowed by his team-mates' brilliance. However, the Brazilian not only won the most tackles in City's 4-1 thrashing of West Ham, but he even got on the scoresheet - slotting home the 'Sky Blues' final goal.
CM: Cesc Fabregas (Chelsea)
The Spaniard brought up his 50th Premier League goal in stunning fashion, curling home an effort just inside the box. It proved decisive too - winning the match for Chelsea against Swansea City.
CM: Marouane Fellaini (Manchester United)
It's not often a substitute makes a Team of the Week but Fellaini proved his use to the 'Red Devils' by coming on to grab the last-minute winner against Arsenal. His height and strength makes him a menace in the box for opposing defenders and his header on Sunday showed this.
RW: Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace)
It's not a coincidence that since Zaha has hit electric form, Palace have undergone a revival - taking seven points from a possible nine. The winger was at the centre of things again at the weekend, scoring one and providing another as Palace thrashed Leicester.
LW: Raheem Sterling (Manchester City)
If the English winger was more clinical, he would probably be in every Team of the Week. Unfortunately he isn't, but his three assists warrants Sterling a place this week.
ST: Dusan Tadic (Southampton)
The 'Saints' needed a big three points to keep their survival hopes alive and Tadic stepped up to the plate, scoring two important goals to secure a 2-1 victory over Bournemouth.
